Located in North Seattle near Paine Field, our facility is designed for maximum efficiency and team support. We share this building with The Maids house cleaning, as both companies operate under the same management.

Jay Bjorn is the owner and founder of Chinook Services, a company he established in 2001 after working on houses since 1995. Starting as a sole proprietor, Jay has grown the business over the years, expanding his team and services. He remains deeply involved in the daily operations, bringing his hands-on management style to every aspect of the company.
With a diverse skill set, Jay excels in customer service, marketing, SEO, mechanical repairs, sales, and networking. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been a driving force behind Chinook Services' success and growth.
Outside of work, Jay is a devoted family man, cherishing time spent with his two children. When not managing his business, he pursues an active lifestyle, enjoying activities such as snowboarding, hiking, offshore fishing, and traveling. Jay is also an enthusiastic supporter of local sports, frequently attending events in the area.
A true Washingtonian at heart, Jay has a particular fondness for Ilwaco, Neah Bay, and Stevens Pass.
