Constitution Park Homeowner Association of Lake Stevens.

Chinook provided premium roof cleaning service to 148 houses. Houses were about 5 years old and just starting to show signs of algae and moss visible from the ground level. Chinook has a strict tye off policy in effect. Crews used OSHA fall protection practices for safety. Roof debris were blown off using low pressure back pack leaf blowers. Gutters cleaned out by hand and rinsed out (NOT BLOWN OUT LIKE OTHER PROVIDERS). Soft wash treatment applied which included a 5 year no moss warranty. If moss grows within 5 years of our treatment we will respray at no charge. The job was finished with cleaning the grounds of each house. We were able to provide a bulk discount rate of $225.00 (2018 prices) per house plus tax for this association. They received about 50% off our normal pricing at a bulk rate. This provided high value to the association.

Forest Villa HOA of Shoreline Homeowner Association

Chinook provided premium roof cleaning care to the 70 town homes located at this property. The last contractor used a pressure washer to clean some of the roofs. You could see the damage it created upon inspection. Chinook educated the home owner association on how to properly clean asphalt shingle roofs. Chinook provided our services at a bulk rate. The same property has a mid rise 4 story condo building where Chinook provided gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and carpet cleaning services. We used a man lift to access the building safely. This association now has a dedicated team to handle a bulk of their maintenance needs.

Belvedere Homeowner Association:

Chinook has provided services to this HOA property for several years. It consist of 8 duplex style buildings. Cleaning windows, house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and deck cleaning. We have created a maintenance schedule for the association. We clean the interior windows of each house for additional fee and bill the resident separately. Having the HOA pay for the exterior windows and the residents paying seperately works well for alike properties.

Everett Public Schools Resource Center Association

Chinook provided window cleaning to this building. We used a man lift using state of the art purified water cleaning equipment. Not only was the glass sparkling clean, we also cleaned the frames. The man lift we used eliminated the need to use ladders making this a very safe work environment for our crew and the people entering/leaving the building. Check out the video to see for your self:
